Not sure which cartel "owns" Chicago, but this may explain the deaths and shootings each weekend that seem to be at a higher rate than Bahgdad. If money and other dots could be connected, we have the Daleys, plus the Rahm Father steering the chip in Chicago - all with White Crib connections. Great question.

Good to see someone else who doesn't buy the ideological claptrap. Whatever happened to "follow the money". I smell a world record payoff.
Sinaloa Cartel is favored by provision of cash and weapons with the ATF F&F gunrunning, and Sinaloa is fighting a bloody war with the Zetas for continued domination of the US drug trade, with deadly violence spilling over into the US for quite a while now (ignored by the liberal media).
A cynic would see a protection racket at work, no? Maybe even involving a mountain of cash.
