Watching Pavlich interview with Major Garrett on CSPAN2, watch it now or catch the replay.

She just said that there were three weapons recovered at the scene, not two, and she strongly suspects that the murder of Brian Terry was a paid government confidential informant.

Now, I think we know why Obama-Holder wants to keep this evidence out of the public domain. Also, she points out for the slow that it's implied that the justice dept knew many Mexicans would be killed by putting these powerful weapons in the hands of cartel killers, but were considered essentially (my words) acceptable collateral damage. It's raciss at its core.

This sentence, as it stands, makes no sense. Is it either of these:

1. She just said that there were three weapons recovered at the scene, not two, and she strongly suspects that the murderer of Brian Terry was a paid government confidential informant.

2. She just said that there were three weapons recovered at the scene, not two, and she strongly suspects that the murder of Brian Terry was committed by a paid government confidential informant.

Been saying that all along. And there's a chance the 4th Amendment would be intact, too.

Employment screening and random testing for use could continue as a condition of employment, laws limiting operation of whatever under the influence exist, but drugs being illegal keeps the profits rolling in--enough money to kill over.

Let people see what a mess it makes of user's lives, and parents could point out the junkies like they used to do with winos..."Kid, you want to end up like that?..."

These weapons didn’t have tracking devices, but are definitely not untraceable. They all have serial numbers since they were purchased from retail dealers. Their objective was to make the claim that cartels were buying guns from American dealers to try to turn public sentiment against the second amendment.

Considering that the FBI was started by a fairy queen, spends taxpayer moneies on keeping records on people for no reason other than to destroy them politically, screws up investigation after investigation, has shot or killed innocents without prosecution, jails people for lying to them when they lie to everyone else, etc., I have never had respect for the Famous But Incompetents.

Unnamed agencies have done more to keep this nation safe than anything the FBI has ever done.

I am guessing that Bill and Hillary are planning a “parachute strategy” where she will bail on the administration, “shocked” at this “outrageous, unlawful and fatal plan being conducted behind the State Dept’s back.” Obama resigns or is impeached, and Hillary parachutes into Charlotte to save the Rat Party.

I think they'll try that, but let's not forget State was in headfirst up to her cankles in Operation Castaway...

The media might try to make her look lilly-white, but that isn't the case.

You just know that Bill and HIllary are planning an Obama administration exit strategy. If F&F goes thermonuclear, they for sure will have a plan to be outside of the blast radius. If that means turning on Obama and Holder, they will without hesitation.

I disagree. Already, blue-dog ‘rat congress critters are announcing plans NOT to attend the ‘rat convention.

It won’t take much to peel off a few of them over Murdergate. Once a few ‘rats jump ship, it will cascade into an avalanche of escapees.

50-50 Obama is gone before the election. We’re just waiting to see who will play John Dean.

OCDETF is Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force. F&F was an OCDETF investigation, meaning it was a JOINT TASK FORCE of the ATF, DEA, FBI and ICE, meaning it was ALL RUN BY THE DOJ IN DC.

It’s beyond laughable to suggest that it was a “rogue” operation dreamed up by local FLEAs in AZ.

I believe Holder's actions via F&F meet the legal definition of terrorism. If F&F was directed by or had Obama's imprimatur, then it makes him a co-conspirator to terrorism against the people of Mexico.

There have been problems, you know. I heard on the news about this story that — Fast and Furious, where allegedly guns were being run into Mexico, and ATF knew about it, but didn't apprehend those who had sent it. Eric Holder has — the attorney general has been very clear that he knew nothing about this.

Required reading by McCarthy. As I've watched that Obama video replayed time and again over the last week, my immediate and strong suspicion was that it wreaked strongly of a pretext for plausible deniablilty-- this volunteering of information-- indeed a cover up. Isn't it obvious now? I think Issa, Grassley, Gowdy and others smell it too. You'd have to be a journOlist not to triangulate that steaming pile of crap coming from B.O.
