Funny either way.

I don't understand the meaning of your post.

Was there something you found interesting here?

I once grabbed a snow shovel and dug a fifteen foot path through 18" of snow (on my knees........j/k) to disinter my smoker, Big Red, from a snowbank in my back yard. I had some venison backstrap that was begging for steaming, damp hickory wood. Fifteen years, several hundred miles, a divorce, a second marriage, and a whole lotta dead meat later, I still have that thing, and it's ready to go when the charcoal is. NOTHING comes between a man and his grill, including his wife. Hell, at least this wife likes to grill out, and ain't half bad at slinging a BBQ fork and tongs, herself.

"As democracy is perfected, the office represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. We move toward a lofty ideal. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their hearts desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron."

I'm with you MM. Keeping the snow from burying the BBQ is half the fun!

Snow is very infrequent where I live. But I have grilled fajitas with six inch long icicles hanging from the BBQ pit.

One of the challenges of living in Alaska is keeping your smoker up to heat when it is 25 below zero........
