The cool thing about Islam is when your name gets all tied up in a knot with terrorists activities and financing, all you need to do is change the speling of your name and voila! you are all clean and good to go in the western press which knows how to use phonetic ambiguity to best advantage. It's like some kind of journalistic "islamofascist baptism."

Perhaps more foreboding are the connections Saleha Abedin has with the U.S. State Department. In addition to being a Vice Dean at Dar El-Hekma College in Saudi Arabia, Saleha was also one of the institution’s founders, along with Yaseen Abdullah Kadi – a designated terrorist by the U.S. – and members of the bin Laden family. Yaseen Abdullah Kadi was earlier referred to by the press as Yasin al Qadi:

From another source:

Yasin al-Qadi, head of the Saudi-based Muwafaq Foundation (”Blessed Relief”)

Now there's a lovely organization.
