I remember my first job I got in my profession, the individual I worked for who was both a CPA and Attorney, said at lunch "the dumbing down of America is very troubling to him and that it will ruin the country in the long run. It seems like a conspiracy going on...". That was in 1955 and I thought he was dreaming. My parents came to this country for protection and escape genocide, and this country wouldn't allow something like that to happen. I thought. I've been paying close attention since then about my first boss's statement and guess what?? He's right on the button. The US is so dumbed down, it will believe anything the media feeds them.
