A businessman in east Tennessee is banking on a new concept -- hillbilly tourism.
He has turned an open field he owns into the Redneck Resort, a country playground focused around the love of mud and big trucks. The vacation spot offers muddy swimming holes, mud bogs, a mud slip-and-slide, a mud run for trucks and ATVs, a muddy outdoor bar and 'Mud Girls,' the resort's own lovely dirt-caked cheerleaders.

Jeff Darragh told WBIR-TV he owned a spot of land in Sweetwater, Tennessee, for seven years and got sick of telling local resident to stop tearing across his property with their ATVs and trucks. 'Then it dawned on me, just charge them. Just tell all your friends to come,' he said.
'It's like tailgating with mud and music and food and just having a weekend where for just 20 bucks or 30 bucks, if you want to stay the whole weekend, you can relax and hang with your friends.'
It opened for the first time earlier this month and it's already a hit.

'We got mud, we got dirt, we got everything,' exclaimed Mr Darragh's daughter Chloe, one of the 'Mud Girls.' 'We got four-wheelers, ATVs, people having a good 'ole time.' As for the term 'Redneck,' it's a badge of honor to the folks who enjoy driving their amped-up truck through mud bogs and bathing in murky swimming holes.
'The last true American is a redneck,' Mr Darragh told WBIR.

Sounds like the place Obama should spend his summer vacation at. I’m sure he’d like being all lathered up in slippery mud.

I do not think Obama would have much hope of crawling out of those mud pits alive. However, sounds like a place kids would actually love.
