Entrepreneur Mark Siwak wants to create live-action terror theme park 'Z World' on Motor City's run-down and abandoned streets.
Customers would pay to be chased by professional actors and try to seek shelter in ghostly homes, factories and businesses.

So..... what company would be willing to provide INSURANCE for this ‘theme park’ ???
Knowing what’s left of the population in Detroit they’d likely fail to know the difference between the park and “the city”.
Detroit has already been overrun with brain dead zombies whose chant is, “CHECKSSSSS!” “STASH!” “CHECKSSSSSS!” and shoot each other.
How are we really going to know what’s fake and what is the park?
And they’ll only need makeup for the actors. This is so freakin’ sad. Don’t rebuild, just make the best of crap.

I grew up in Deetroit.
The last time I was there most of the neighborhoods I saw looked like they’d been subjected to a prolonged aerial bombing campaign.

I’m sure OSHA would have just a little to say about the employees (not mention the customers, and kids) being around or in these buildings. Most are falling apart; with leaning walls, roofs half caved in, broken glass, rusty nails, asbestos and indigenous “wildlife” scattered about.
I thought this was going to be another story about bath salts.

A lot of flesh to eat, but very little brains could be found to consume.
I was under the impression Detroit has been a live action terror theme park with plenty of mindless, predatory inhabitants for some time now.
I remember reading somewhere that a particularly nefarious cabal got together and blew millions on a shiny new public library with $1,100 + chairs and other designer accoutrements in a city with a literacy rate of 50%.
Zombies would quite a step up in that you can just shoot/burn/bomb ‘em and start over. You’ve just got to get the job done before they get a NAAZP going.
Spread around the Bath Salts and give it some realism.
The theme is: Public drunkenness, Public Urination, and Public Sex.
They won’t have any problems their savior just gave them Obamataxcare.
All the rest of America will be taxed to keep them in perfect health to battle any zombie sickness, all hail the Emperor!

Reading the headline, I thought maybe government types were planning to cut welfare and food stamp benefits in Detroit.

Sure, it shows capitalistic initiative—but how sad that the city that once led the world in the manufacture of autos has fallen to this low state.
Some of my old friends tried to go to Belle Isle back in the early 1980’s during the daytime. Their car was surrounded by a large, intoxicated group of owebama’s sons and this is what they said:
“Do you know where you are white boy? This here is n!gger island. Now get the f**k off our island.”
My friends left, never to return. It seems that there were already zombies there as far back as the 1980’s.
The real question is: How do you tell were the theme park ends & the rest of the city of Detroit starts?
In Detroit, the Arab Muslims are the ones who own businesses, obey the law, pay taxes and work 7 days a week.
All the while attempting to avoid the local denizens, crazed on bath salts, who really are trying to eat you!
You'll know you've left the theme park when the guy trying to eat your face off isn't a paid actor --and isn't pretending!
Used to be a nice place in the 1960's when I was a kid.

What makes you think that the park will hire actors as opposed to the current denizens of Detroit?
