LITCHFIELD -- An official with the state Attorney General's Office has confirmed that a police officer was involved in a deadly shooting in Litchfield Monday afternoon.

State police and members of the state's Attorney General's Office are at 31 Page Road. Several neighbors say a man in his early 30s, a resident of the park at No. 23, died of a gunshot wound around 2 p.m. on Monday.

Given the ridiculous militarization of local police, and their absurd overreaction to the most minor of disturbances, I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that this guy was out target practicing. When the police approached, they startled him, he turned without thinking, without dropping his weapon, and they perforated him.

End of story.

It will be completely whitewashed.

Meanwhile, the mosques continue to be built, the Islamists continue to make noises about exterminating all the Jews and Christians, and nothing is done about it.

Never been a cop in my life, someone I don't know points a gun at me and they get the same treatment the cop gave.

Better to be judged by 6 than carried by 6.

"Uniformed Litchfield police officers, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies and New Hampshire State Police troopers all responded to the scene and neighbors reports a heavy police presence in the area.

Police said a confrontation ensued and Lagueux was later shot. Authorities said Lagueux was treated at the scene then transported to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, where he died."

I think you mean 12. 6 member juries are typically for lower grade offenses and misdemeanors.

Other than that - I’m wondering how you can live in a mobile home in New Hampshire. Must be very expensive to keep comfortable in January.
