LITCHFIELD -- An official with the state Attorney General's Office has confirmed that a police officer was involved in a deadly shooting in Litchfield Monday afternoon.
State police and members of the state's Attorney General's Office are at 31 Page Road. Several neighbors say a man in his early 30s, a resident of the park at No. 23, died of a gunshot wound around 2 p.m. on Monday.

I think you mean 12. 6 member juries are typically for lower grade offenses and misdemeanors.
