How Much Does a Chick-Fil-A Franchise Cost?

http://franchises.about.com/b/2009/05/22/how-much-does-a-chick-fil-a-franchise-cost.htm

“Got $5000 laying around? Then you can forget the burgers and throw your money down on a license to operate a Chick-Fil-A. But get in line. Chick-Fil-A only gives about 75 of the 10,000 applicants per year the right to operate a franchise, and along with this right comes strict stipulations.

Your store will be closed on Sunday to give employees a day off to rest or worship. You will not own the property upon which the store sits, nor will you be allowed to select your location. Investment information is conspicuously missing from the company’s website as well as the net, but good credit with a proven business track record will get you considered for a franchise. You will have to surender a whopping 50% of the monthly net profits.

If you looking for a low cost franchise and low on cash, maybe Chick-Fil-A is the way to go. As long as you don’t mind giving away 50% of the net profits (income after expenses.) You may feel more like a Chick-Fil-A employee, but you are only risking the $5000 franchise fee. “

Every newsreader on TV, from local news to cable giants, has a morals clause.

They can’t go into a strip club.

Is that legal?

YES.

So, when they read this crap story on the news tonight, know that they know exactly how off base this story really is.

Wasn’t aware that it was a state wide rule. Surprises me because we have happened onto some very small towns in mountainous areas where people in the bar were smoking. Two cities didn’t even allow smoking outside though. Looked into buying a lot and building a retirement home in Pagosa Springs. Beautiful area but more pages in the city and state building and EPA codes than are in Obamacare. So not going to do that.

Being a part-time stripper might hurt your employment chances at a lot of places! Especially for a management track position

I knew a dancer/stripper years ago who was a kindergarten teacher.....she was great at both professions.

When I went to CFA on Wednesday there was an older guy behind the counter working his butt off. Later I looked at their website because I was going to place an online order for work. There was a picture of the owner; yep, the old guy behind the counter. I have a strong suspicion that this would be an excellent company to work for. The employees or way to cheerful for it to be too bad.

Firstly: Steve Forbes persoanlly edits Frobes.com? Who knew, LOL! Secondly: Don’t you know that the only articles you can reliably count on to get flushed down the memory hole involve Dems and their scandals? Anything negative about Christians, Conservatives or Republicans will linger online until it grows moss.
