Westerplatte is the Polish "Alamo".

In my book The Defenders of Westerplatte are second, only to the Defenders of Wizna, so called Poland's Thermopylae and before Major Hubal’s company.

They have been (no matter they all gone) my spiritual patriotic idols forever.

However, in the whole 1,000 year old history of Poland, the Heroes of Warsaw of 1920 are my absolutely A No1!

You all must see this movie (corrected & revised; w.English subtitles)

It's simply breathtaking!
