Are there any scientists that take this clown seriously?

Typically in the US, peak surface air temps occur 3 to 6 weeks after the Summer Solstice. It's been that way for centuries.

Tends to excite the warministas every year. Suckers all.

I would call Doc Hansen “king cherry picker” of all time.

I think we can actually round up a hundred twelve year-old kids now....who could actually argue against Doc Hansen in a public forum and give him a fairly good verbal argument against his logic.

And the temperature this winter in Antarctica is 8.1 F lower than normal.

The Ice Queen, Hillary Clinton, was visiting: "In Pretoria, the country's capital, flurries filled the sky during a visit by U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. It was the first snowfall there since 1968, the weather service said."

If Al Gore had joined her, South Africa would be the new ski destination.

I love this comment about Hansen's data selection bias:

If it doesn’t fit, you must omit… apologies to Johnny Cochrane.

No, but a lot of complete d*ckheads do who write comments below the article. I have rarely seen so many gibbering idiots as I have there.

Not at the Anthony Watts site, but at the Yahoo link to the story.

They experienced global cooling in S. Africa where it snowed.

These are the same bunch that, when we point out that a particular winter has been very nasty despite global warming, always tell us that we’re confusing “weather” with “climate”.

Now they’re doing the same thing and calling it science.

When there was some evidence that global warming was upon us, many accepted it. Now that there is overwhelming evidence that global warming is a farce the same "many" refuse to accept it.

Looks like the "many" are looking for a cause to get involved in despite evidence against global warming.

Fools all.

Warmth during summer and cold during winter are normal activity on planet Earth. This is caused by the sun and the length of the solar day. You would think these so called climate scientists would have figured that out by now. What is not normal is cold during summer and warmth during winter. Where are the examples of unusual warmth during winter ?

Fourth coldest July in Anchorage history

Does “global” include the Pacific Northwest, where it has been very cool and damp this summer?

Oh wait, I forgot.

Local climate that disproves the “global change” theory is not a part of the global data.

“Global” only includes those regions that provide evidence backing their AGW fraud.
