Home protest makes Orlando Planned Parenthood CEO cry

Jenna Tosh returned home from a walk with her family Saturday morning to an unwelcome surprise: 28 pro-life activists conducting an awareness campaign in front of her home.

Jenna promptly burst into tears.

This spring 28-yr-old Jenna was promoted to the position of CEO of Planned Parenthood of Greater Orlando in Florida. One of the two clinics Jenna oversees commits abortion.

Jenna lives on a busy street in Winter Park. Why did she start crying Saturday? She could have been humiliated by the exposure. She could have been upset that her young son saw graphic photos of how she makes her living. She could have been shocked at the realization her home was no longer a respite. The best hope is Jenna’s heart was pierced, and she’s on the road to a conversion. I do know a lot of people were praying for Jenna Saturday and continue to pray.

Here’s the short version of Jenna’s response to the pro-lifers…

Pro-lifers conducted their awareness campaign for 1-1/2 hours. During that time Jenna’s husband turned on the sprinkler system, and they also called the police.

Police told one of the pro-lifers they were called to the home under false pretenses. Whoever called them claimed the pro-lifers were playing loud music, yelling at cars passing by, and blocking the road and sidewalk, none of which turned out to be true, as he noted. “He observed only people in cars yelling at us,” wrote the pro-lifer.

As Michele Herzog, one of the pro-lifers, told me, the goal of pro-life protests at the homes of abortion providers is “‘to speak up for those who have no voice’ (Proverbs 31:8) and ‘to have nothing to do with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but to rather expose them’ (Ephesians 5:11).”

In the past these awareness campaigns have borne fruit, the most recent example being just a couple months ago, also in Florida, when abortionist Scott Hye saw the light and quit the trade. We pray Jenna also sees the light. Jenna, you have a PhD, for heaven sakes. You could do so much better.

Here is the long version of the Saturday protest at Jenna’s home, prepared by Jay Rogers, who also wrote a detailed post about it…

"...upset that her young son saw graphic photos of how she makes her living."

Explain that one, mommy.

Liberals called our military "baby killers" when they came home from Viet Nam, even though they weren't.

Liberals get called "baby killers" when they actually are, and they get their whiddle feelings hurt and cry.

Leftists love to picket the homes of conservatives and are now getting a taste of their own medicine - except that the conservative protestors abide the law and don’t, for example, terrorize a middle schooler at home alone as the SEIU thugs did at some bank VP’s home a few years back.

I had previously objected to our side invading home privacy for protest but I’m rethinking the position now. They started this war and if we don’t fight back we’ll lose for sure.

Makes me cry also.

“Boo f*****g hoooo.”

Libs, you no longer are going to be immune from your own treatment.

I am pro-life. However, I am against protests at a home residence. We don’t like it when it is the other way around. This DOES NOT convince someone to change their views. It does convince people, that pro-lifers are mean spirited. I do not/ I cannot support this.

I have to agree with you. As much as I hate abortion and those who perform abortions, I hate to see protests taken to anyone’s personal residence. I’ve always hated it when liberals do it, and I don’t like to think that we’re no better than they are. I’d rather confine our protests to the clinics and Planned Parenthood offices.

Agreed. I know I’d get pissed off if there were protesters disrupting my life because they didn’t like the guy next door to me. From the article the protesters were carrying those vile photos that I also disagree with. You can protest without intentionally making my stomach roil.

This is what makes people look and say with some legitimacy “They both do it. A pox on both their houses”. Bravo Sierra. We should NOT resort to their tactics.

Though normally I would agree with you.....You need to understand the left in this country will not stop this type of “ terrorism protest “ until they understand it will come back to them....manifold times over....

They believe in the ends justify the means, any means neccessary....

Shove a little of their own poison down their thoarts and they may not be so ready to do this type of protest again...

They started it....we need to make sure they understand it will be answered likewise

After all these people MURDER the most innocent of all....they deserve no mercy...

Unfortunatly, abortion is still legal. Demonstrating outside a private residence is wrong. Period.

Many professional people “compartmentalize” their feelings in order to function more effectively. They will function largely out of their left brain at work, reserving their right brain for intimacy such as family and friends.

This woman was likely functioning in her right brain nurturing and protectiuve mode with her children. The event was an assault on the safety and insulation of that family unit relationship and she reacted in right brain manner - tears. I would venture that it had nothing to do with value judgements, shame etc. It had to do with an assault on the sanctity of the family unit.

Agree. A public sidewalk along Aloma Avenue in Winter Park. The group was on the public sidewalk and gave way to the other citizens using it (who happened also to include the said CEO of Planned Parenthood) and gave full access to the home. They were quiet, orderly and obeyed the law and police. The privacy in the home was not invaded. Rather different than thug SEIU code purples.

It’s important that her children know just how lucky they were not to be dismembered like their mommy does to other babies.

You can think as you please. You then become part of the problem by being apathetic and defensive.

Hiding in your bunker will not win the war. We are at war and the battles require courage to be won.

A great idea. Those in the abortion business must be witnessed to about the evil they are involved in or they will just continue on in ignorance.

I dislike taking it to the homes of the other side, even though the Left has little compunction about doing it to people they dislike. Then on the other hand, perhaps what it takes is letting the Left know that we can and will reciprocate if pushed.

That said, it's sad what being in that business will do to a person:

She looks 50, not 28.
