Mystery Surrounding 1.2 Billion Rounds Of Ammo Solved
Market Daily News ^ | Aug 23, 2012

Dominique de Kevelioc de Bailleul: The mystery surrounding the purpose for the U.S. government’s procurement of 1.2 billion rounds of hollow-point ammunition just got a boost Tuesday.

On the heels of an article penned by Major General Jerry Curry (Ret.), titled, Who Does The Government Intend to Shoot?, a piece written by a retired U.S. general who questions the bizarre series of monstrous ammunition by unlikely agencies of the federal government, host Rick Wiles of TruNews Radio (Aug. 22) revealed to his listeners the answer to the mystery of the billion bullets. After years warning of the out-of-the-blue presidential candidacy of Barrack Obama, Wiles appears most certain, again, that a powerful connection can be made between information he’s received from a high-level informant at Department of Homeland Security (DHS)—regarding the approximately 20,000 Russian commandos suspected of legally entering the U.S. from Canada—and conversations he had with an old acquaintance, the famous Russian spy of the old Soviet Union era, Colonel Stanislav Lunev.

“Colonel Stanislav Lunev told me, personally, years ago—he said, the Russian military strategy is, that, we [Russians] will strike so hard [at the U.S.], that there will be such shock, that the American people will surrender,” Wiles recalls, during a conversation he had with the spy over a several-day period in 1999.

“He was not talking about a nuclear, chemical [or] biological attack; he was talking about commandos in the country [U.S.]. He said . . . this is what he said, Spetznazs, which are the Russian commandos. . .

“He said, they have the names addresses of every member of Congress, and the Senate, their wives, their children, the school that they go to, all the cabinet members, all of the head officials in Washington, all the officials in state governments. And he said, they will all be assassinated, quickly.”

From 1988 through 1992, Lunev, the highest-ranking Russian KGB spy to defect to the United States, explained to American authorities that he was deployed by Moscow to actively seek strategic locations within America for the launching of biological, chemical and suitcase-size nuclear devices in the event of a hot war between the two superpowers.

Though, initially thought to be fantastic tales told by a trained professional of deception, Lunev’s seemingly incredulous assertions of an elaborate plot to attack America from within was later confirmed by former SVR officer Alexander Kouzminov, who stated in his book, Biological Espionage: Special Operations of the Soviet and Russian Foreign Intelligence Services in the West, the Soviet Union “was the only country in the world that could start and win a global biological war, something we had already established that the West was not ready for.”

According to Wiles, Lunev “said there will be a massive decapitation of the American government from top to bottom in a matter of days, and we [Russians] will put the country into a state of shock.

“That, he said, is the official strategy, and that’s what they [leaders in Moscow] plan to do, and, he said, it has never changed.” [emphasis added].

And here’s why the U.S. has procured 1.2 billion rounds of hollow-point ammunition, according to Wiles. Moreover, according to him, the Russians appear to be correct in their assessment: the American people are so distracted by lives of entertainment, of consumption and of derelictions of civic duty, that the Russian plan to destroy America from within is quite achievable.

“Let’s not forget that the real person running [Department of] Homeland Security is not Janet Napolitano, it is Valarie Jarrett, the communist,” Wiles explains. “And her father-in-law was Vernon Jarrett, who was a close confidant of Frank Marshal Davis, Barrack Obama’s communist mentor.

“And so, I’m going to continue to say on this radio program that, I believe Valarie Jarrett and David Axelrod, and these other commies are the real architects of this sinister plan to stockpile 1.2 billion rounds of ammo throughout the country.

“That it is not for law enforcement; it is to be turned over to a communist revolutionary army in this country.”

Wiles goes on to say that most Americans don’t realize that President Barrack Obama is a communist. “They don’t know it,” and “they don’t care,” says Wiles.

But, when the communist takeover is unleashed, presumably by a false-flag event or dollar devaluation, the American people will be in shock, he adds, just as Russians were shocked by the Bolshevik revolution and the rise of Joseph Stalin, the man who’s credited with the extermination of approximately 80 million Russians during his reign.

“An old fashion communist revolution is on the way,” says Wiles, suggesting, too, that that fact will become apparent soon enough, executed very quickly, and will shock, yet, another nation along history’s many roads to Communism.

Iran’s Achmydinnerjob has boasted he has 100K agents in US ready to strike if Israel and US pull the trigger on Iran.

Coincidence?

2000 or so rounds per year is the minimum each and every LEO must shoot to keep his weapons authorization current.

I think it varies widely by department. Most officers are only required to do a 40-round qualifier once or twice a year, and the qualifier is NOT that stringent. I took a handgun course where I was required to do the police standard qualifier in triple speed (ie, was given one third the time given police) and I passed.

Our local police use our range for their annual quals, and we NEVER see them regularly on the range. 2000/year would mean going through a 50-round box two or three times a month. Cops don't do that.

Even though there aren’t fingers on the triggers, the mags are probably empty, and safeties on, that 2nd pic’s marching formation w/ AKs pointed at each others’ heads, makes me nervous everytime I see it.

As long as we are breaking out the tin foil...I’ve got a question.

As another hypothetical, what if the plan is not having the Russians take over but rather some cabal of mixed forces that wants to physically destroy this country? With a Jihadi POTUS, what could stop them?

What if a Jihadi POTUS as a lame duck, leaves the country (under false pretenses...smiling all the way...arousing no suspicion) and a cabal of America’s enemies (communists, islamists, and other assorted groups) that HATE us start launching massive nuclear attacks and according to plan this Jihadi POTUS just doesn’t respond. Who else aside from POTUS (in conjunction with the military member with the codes) has the power to launch retaliatory nuclear weapons?

It wouldn’t be MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction) if there was Jihadi POTUS intent on destroying the country by letting it be destroyed. A Jihadi POTUS doesn’t have to be able to us our nuclear weapons against us only be able to stop us from defending ourselves.

The Russians STILL have trouble providing enough toilet paper for all it's own population more than twenty years after the fall of their Communist Government.

You couldn't be more right about that. I was in St. Petersburg in 1996 and I quickly learned to carry a roll of TP wherever I went. Public bathrooms typically had no toilet paper or, at best, an old lady doling out a couple sheets at the door to the restroom. In one bathroom in a museum, a user, obviously in an act of desperation, had used the wall.

I am seriously considering a bank loan to start up my own bullet manufacturing business. Obviously everyone is missing the point here, you are walking past the gold mine looking for diamonds.

“you are walking past the gold mine looking for diamonds”

LOL. Sounds like me.

I’m totally out of my element in this discussion and really shouldn’t have chimed in, but I’ve also never lived in an America that had a mystery communist/islamic POTUS without a birth certificate before.

Things I never thought possible, and while highly unlikely, seem more possible.

personally I think its just an attempt to pay off supporters before they lose office. Notice that the deal end at this year

I also think it is really that simple. Sort of like Congress requiring the Air Force to continue buying C-130s they don't want or need.

20,000 Russian commandos entered the US legally from Canada.

Totally unbelievable. How anyone can swallow this is beyond me.

How would 20,000 Russian commandos get to Canada? Did they walk across the Bering Strait? Oh, wait, that would put them in Alaska. Did they walk across the frozen Arctic Sea? No, that would make them popsicles. Did they take a boat? Sure, just sail past the RN, the RCN, and the USN, land somewhere in the Maritimes and make your way to the US border, undetected. Then, enter the US "legally". Didn't happen.

So, they were dropped by parachute. I guess NORAD wasn't doing its job. Or, they stepped off commercial airliners.

Did they come with all their equipment or did they equip themselves at gun shows in the US after entering "legally"? How have they sustained themselves all these years? Money from Moscow? Robbing banks? Taking jobs Americans won't take?

Here is the best part. Imagine a Russian commando arriving at the US/Canada border. When asked by the US border agent what their citizenship is, they reply "Russian". This assumes they can speak and understand English well enough to communicate. The US agent waves them through with a cheery "Enjoy your visit". This happens 20,000 times.

Good grief. If the Russians were sending in commandoes to attack the U.S., they’d probably bring their own ammo. And, 20,000 seems like a pretty low number for such an ambitious plan. There are plenty more gun owners than that in Houston alone.

Was the ammo even compatible with Russian weapons? Don’t they use primarily 7.62x39mm rounds? I know the SSA was buying .357 rounds. Most American assault rifles use 5.56x45 as I understand it.

This sounds like complete hokum.

After viewing your chart, it all makes perfect sense, just the simplicity of it is absolutely brilliant.

A picture is truly better than a thousand words, I noticed, if you turn it upside down, it reveals even more detailed information.

Actually, LE does use hollowpoint, and it uses it for practice too.

Use the round in practice that you use on duty.

There are several times as many “commandos” in the USA as there are in Russia. As the Japanese said “a Rifle behind every blade of grass”.

A takeover can't happen unless they take our guns. And they can't take our guns until privacy rights are taken.

They will let the drug wars spill over from Mexico and then the government will use it as en excuse to run “X-Ray” vans or drones that scan for drugs and guns. Even scarier is that I could see many FReepers supporting it to “step-up” the WOD.

Once the drones stop detecting guns, the country will be there for the taking...
