I was just thinking... these kids would make find Senators and Congressmen, and one of them might even be President....

Hey, why not CEO of another investment bank?

Isn’t that what Harvard grads eventually become?

Cheating in “Introduction to Congress”?

If that doesn’t earn an A+ at Harvard I don’t know what would.

One would assume chapter one in Congress 101 is “Cheat your ass off”.

If they're lucky they'll all be members of a victim group. That way all they'll suffer is a stern talking to.Any white, heterosexual males that might be among the "accused" can look forward to diplomas from Bunker Hill Community College...if they're lucky. And yes, that school *does* exist and is in Boston. In fact,IIRC,it was featured in “Good Will Hunting”.

Why do people need to cheat at Harvard. Don’t they still give away degrees and Law Review positions?

” - - - schools officials have said they would not disclose the names of the students or the course they were taking - - - “

IOW, Haaaaaaaaaaaaaarvud is just following former foreign student Alumni Obama’s CYA tactic of SEALING the School Records.

If the students are proven guilty, they may have to withdraw from school for an academic year. ...

..., return the following year and move on to positions high in the next Democrat administration following graduation with honors.

Future democrat senators quite likely.

In his first semester, Kennedy and his friends arranged to copy answers from another student during the final examination for a science class. [8] At the end of his second semester, in May 1951, and anxious about maintaining his eligibility for athletics for the next year, [1] he had a friend who was knowledgeable on the subject take his Spanish language examination for him. [9] The two were quickly caught and expelled for cheating, but in a standard Harvard treatment for cases of this kind, they were told they could apply for readmission in a year or two after demonstrating good behavior.

How can you have a cheating scandal at a school that’s been preaching Moral Relativism since Elvis first hit the charts?

There’ll be several resounding slaps on wrists and severe admonitions for getting caught; suitable preparation should they be caught perpetuating the adult forms of such transgressions after they go to work on wall street selling derivatives.

The kicker is that it was a take-home test. They could have used any resource except each other but they were too lazy.

The service academies have had cheating scandals - almost always involving difficult subjects like EE and physics. And at the academies, those students (were) eliminated. After all, there is plenty of room for cheaters in government.

Now, our vaunted Harvard students are caught cheating on a course so vapid and undemanding that the Obamadork probably could have passed it. Wanna bet no one will be asked to leave.

Standards? Heh!

“If the students are proven guilty, they may have to withdraw from school for an academic year.”

Oh wow, a whole year. I was thinking that this was light punishment until it hit me that most of these students will be politicians or bankers, or lawyers, so the school already knows they are dishonest as hell.

If their punishments were any stiffer, they’d run out of students.
