There are a lot of fat people who eat small meals; don’t eat snacks or sugar, or drink sugary drinks. It’s called type II diabetes, and people like Michelle are a constant insult to them. Michelle and a lot of thin people, which she isn’t, couldn’t go three days on my diet, and I eat like that because I know all too well how easy it is to gain weight. I’ll be happy when government gets back to worrying about its bloated budget, fat debt, and lean jobs market.

wonder what year it was she actually made a shopping list and went to the grocery store???

maybe never..I really get angry when she talks about ‘HER’ garden at the White House, that others planted, toiled and care for, and what they do with the produce, WHO KNOWS but one day the people who worked around them and know what was what will sell their stories...you can bet on it...

we do garden, it is work and your hands get dirty and your body gets tired, we process what we grow, now I must get off this computer and return to the kitchen where I have been busy preparing corn for the freezer all morning...

have a great day chatting...

In a communist utopia, the government will do all of our shopping for us.
Having the government tell us how to shop is a step towards that utopian vision.

Does that apply to SNAP customers who can use that program to buy almost anything they want, or even get cash back in some cases?

Well I think she will have to put that class on hold with all the people out of work. Maybe a course on 101 ways to cook beans and rice.

Years ago it was found that auto dealers would take a downpayment in foodstamps.

Meanwhile, anyone remember this from Byron York at National Review Online?

“I know we’re spending — I added it up for the first time — we spend between the two kids, on extracurriculars outside the classroom, we’re spending about $10,000 a year on piano and dance and sports supplements and so on and so forth,” Mrs. Obama tells the women. “And summer programs. That’s the other huge cost. Barack is saying, ‘Whyyyyyy are we spending that?’ And I’m saying, ‘Do you know what summer camp costs?’”

With all those concerns, one might wonder whether the women should be comforting Mrs. Obama, but she assures them that she’s really O.K. “We don’t complain because we’ve got resources because of our education. We’ve got family structure,” she says. “So I tell people don’t cry for me.”

Don't cry for me , Oiho...

Cheers!

"Little" in which sense, exactly?
