i can't say anything to my SIL, but the first thing i thought of when i read THIS, was that their move from Warren, OH, to Houston if anything remotely like it happens, is ill-timed. My brother has no weaponry. i think he needs to remedy that.

He would be in a better position in Texas since we are gun friendly, and of course he won’t be in the inner city. But yeah when I read stuff like this it makes me want to live out in West Texas again. Not that there wouldn’t be problems out there, but you could see them coming for days in that flat land.
