Vanity: tough to watch the NFL because of NBC

Watching the game with my 11 yr old son. Within a span of twenty minutes, NBC shows ads for two incedibly gay tv shows (?new normal? and some other gayer than hell show).
So I decide I will flip away during the commercials.
Halftime comes on and they do a 'news' segment on the DNC convention. Dick Gregory (I think that's his name) was gushing about bill clinton's star power ... he must have nearly soiled himself ... appeared to be experiencing a chrissy mathews style tingle.
Makes it tough to enjoy the game.

I noticed Clinton on, but I had the main TV on mute while also watching the Rangers-Royals on the laptop TV.

The worst NFL is better than the best of all other sports.

I’m recording the game and plan to FF through all the commercials and crap. Now I’m off to block myself off from all media so the game will still be new to me.

Do like I do. Mute the game, listen to it on Cowboys radio and flip to the Rangers in between. No stupid nutcases.
We only watch the occasional football game on the tarded nothing but crap channel. We no longer watch the weather channel either.
