There was definitely something different about his affect last night. I mentioned to a friend that I thought he'd drunk too much coffee before the speech.
He came back and said he saw clear signs that Barry had been smoking pot that day.
Can't say I recognize the signs myself but it makes as much sense as too much coffee.
Does the job of POTUS require random drug testing? It should.
Obama always looks like he is on ‘something’ but at the Obama Used Car lot Convention, all his top salesmen and women were definitely high on cocaine and crack.
Hillbuzz is convinced he has Parkinsons. There were a lot of books on Parkinsons in their Hyde Park House.
It's out there - prove you didn't do it, Barry.
Seems like regular coffee and weed would produce opposite
effects.
Exactly.
A friend of mine who is deaf told me that Michelle came up on the stage and said something like “honey, can’t you lay off that on a night as important as this?” Then she hugged him.
Nope, and unless you can get an Amendment passed to require it, I don’t think it ever will. Congress doesn’t have the power to dictate that to the Executive Branch.
I guess that would depend on the time elapsed since ingestion.
Cocaine would be more like coffee. A sleeping pill would be more like pot.
Unfortunately Bush was the first cocaine president. That is far worse.
I’ve read two reviews of the speech this morning that used the word rambling.
Now I know he read it directly off the tele-prompter but we know from Woodward that he thinks he’s the best speech writer in the WH and must have had an important hand in putting the speech together.
The second time I read “rambling” made a neuron connection for me.
I don’t know how he could get away with it. Todays good pot stinks like a skunk. Literally. Someone would have smelled it by now.
I think the fact that he ate potato chips all during his speech was the first clue he had smoked, lol.
Orange fingers from eating Cheetos or cheese nips is always sure sign.
Parkinson’s is hard to cover up. There is obvious motor impairment. Mom-in-law or someone else in the family may have it, though.
I don’t think you can look at him and say he’s been taking some specific drug. No doubt he’s on a complex mixture of antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, and other prescription meds that only Valerie and Michelle know about. In addition to the, uh, non-prescription drugs his friends might bring him. But he is certainly a heavily-medicated patient.
