There was definitely something different about his affect last night. I mentioned to a friend that I thought he'd drunk too much coffee before the speech.

He came back and said he saw clear signs that Barry had been smoking pot that day.

Can't say I recognize the signs myself but it makes as much sense as too much coffee.

Well, according to that, it must be the Vice President AND this other body that designate when the President is not fit to serve. So, even with that amendment, Congress cannot impose such a condition on the Executive branch without the Executive branch, in this case, the Vice President, assenting and cooperating.

BTW, one of my Hollywood girlfriends told me that a long time ago. She was on the set with Michael and he was snorting coke. When he got brain damage, she said it was from bad coke.

I thought that the speech was flat and I was guessing that dear leader was medicated. Now that the unemployment numbers are public, I can see why he needed a sedative. He must have been beside himself that even the tricked up numbers are starting to tank.
