Speaking of Obama and Bidden possibly taking drugs at their convention:

Clinton and Shillery arranged to have Clinton’s doctor fired when the doctor refused to give him a vial that was unmarked. With drugs so common, it’s time the Congress had the power to insist that the President be vetted for drugs.

Well, they could possibly refuse to certify an election unless he submitted to a drug test at first, but I think the Supreme Court would toss that out. If you want it, better start drafting an Amendment, I think that’s your only hope.
