And why aren't Americans angry that we traded 3000 our citizens for 3 Saudi Royal princes?
To: Ben Barrack
I always felt that Saudi Arabia and Eqypt needed leveling after 9/11. the murderers were from there and they were praised by a good chunk of the populous and the leaders there.

Maybe because they would prefer a more reliable source than a blogger ... named Walid Shoebat no less.

They were friends of Bush. Instead he went after someone he did not like who had nothing to do with it.

I am sick and tired of all this BUSH blaming.
BILL CLINTON has more responsibility and BLAME than anyone, he did NOTHING about Osama when he had the chance. Perhaps he desired to leave HIS problems to the next President, knowing that one would take all the BLAME for him, that's democrat politics for you.
Stop with the woulda, coulda, shouda stuff about BUSH. Try that same woulda, coulda, shouda against Slick Willie and his ILK.

No question that the chief movers behind 9/11 were the Saudis.
Saddam Hussein also played a part in it, and I had no quarrel with the invasion if Iraq. But I assumed—wrongly—that Bush would follow through, and would deal with the Saudis after he had secured the Iraqi oil supply.
Instead, he pulled his punches in Iraq after the successful invasion, dragged it out, and did nothing about the Saudis. Bush and his father were good pals of the Saudi sheikhs, and evidently that outweighed their obligation to defend our country from its enemies.
The momentum was lost, and by the time Obama came in, Iraq was a churning mess with little gain from our military victories. And the Saudis still run the show. No wonder Obama bows down to them—although for different reasons than Bush.

We needed someone to go back and run the Muslim Brotherhood, so we could help them form their empire.

So even though OBL said it was his operation, his idea and he coordinated the whole thing, that was a ruse?

Conspiracy theories about 9/11 are in abundance...
Might as well stop reading there.

Thank you. I also believe Clinton should be included in any discussion of blame for 9-11. No one seems very interested as to why he did very little to nothing when we were attacked here and on foreign soil on his watch.
To: annieokie
Don't waste your time this thread is full of trolls from DU. LOL I wonder why Clinton let Bin Lauden fester all those years and neglected to take him from Sudan. Could it be Clinton was good friends with Bin Lauden also?

If Osama bin Lauden and his ikl had their way - the house of Saud would be the first lined up against the wall to be executed.
Making war on Saudi Arabia after 9-11 would make about as much sense as prosecuting the Hearst family for the bank robbery her (kidnapped) daughter engaged in.

In my opinion, that bastard Slick Willie and the democrat party, knew BUSH would win the next election, LET'S LEAVE HIM A PROBLEM that he will be blamed for, FOREVER, which also included monies that had to be spent on that war which depleted the GREAT WONDERFUL SURPLUS that only SLICK WILLIE could do. Our hands are as white as snow.
Bush was SERVED a double edge sword by Slick and the democrats. They intended for that sword to FOREVER slay any Republican that even thought about becoming President again, they have almost succeeded.
Talk about FORWARD thinking!!!!!

Bomb Mecca and Medina with the dirtiest nukes we have.
Close all the mosques and ISA’s in the US.
Decalre the false religion of Islam a subversdive terrorist organization and start rounding ‘em all up, (starting with fifth columnist Keith Ellison.)
This is a war we must win, I could care less about legal niceties in dealing with them at this point.
