For those of you who were wondering why that might have bothered Bork (Obunga) enough to take action while he clearly does not give a rat's ass about real oppression against Christians and other innocents in the world, and wondering what the real motivation for that action might have been, there is this.
Ellen Brown is a heavyweight who I view as the world's best expert on the history and nature of money and banking. This shit was entirely about money and the vast wealth which Libya represented and which Soros coveted, and had nothing to do with oppression at all. In fact Ellen Brown notes (read the article) that:

In other words, despite any problems it might have had, Khadaffi's regime was arguably the best the muslim world had to offer. I assume also that Bork and George are still sitting around waiting for the gratitude to set in for their taking that regime down.
