Pennsylvania Voter ID Debacle. Why The Concern If The State Is Leaning Obama?,Is Romney Ahead?

Posted on 09/14/2012 6:49:33 PM PDT by Ryan_Rubio_2016

For those of you who live in Pennsylvania, can any of you decipher why the left has been so adamant over the voter ID requirements if it looks like Obama has already won the state? How come the left isn't demanding voter ID in Maryland,California and Vermont? Why Pennsylvania? Is the left learning through internal polling that Romney has an 8/9/10 point lead? Maybe it's because Pennsylvania is about 80% White. And according to most polls,at least 60% of the white vote is definitely voting for Romney? For all we know,Pennsylvania could be the the "Surprise Romney Win"!

and between the Black Panther and Fast&Furious scandals, shouldn’t Romney be ahead 60/40?

There are certain states with long term rat control of local elections where the extra turnout in the inner city is relied upon to carry the day. Pennsylvania is one of those states.

I don’t know. However, the Harper’s magazine Index this month says:

“Number of registered Pennsylvanians who may be prevented from voting by a new voter-identification law: 1,600,000”

“Portion of Philadelphians the law may affect: 2/5”

I seriously doubt these figures, which are attributed to the Pennsylvania AFL-CIO (Harrisburg). It’s possible the Amish don’t carry photo ID, but I’m sure they have some type of alternate state ID.

I’m still waiting for the anti-ID folks to trot out three people who actually do not have ID.

Yes it’s hard to win Pen when the city of Philly has a voter participation of 99.9%. I would love to have someone place Internet cameras in the voting centers to see what goes on after the doors close.

so will the philly precincts wait for all of the red districts to announce their totals first(which will have Romney ahead by a few million).....that will probably happen in Illinois too,,,you can just picture Rahm waiting for the suburbs to report their totals first, then he will decide the votes coming out of chicago.

I live in Pittsburgh and most of the people I know are voting for Romney. My whole family is voting for Romney. I don't know about others in this country, but I am afraid to bring up the election to anyone I don't know who they support. In the last 2 months, I have had strangers and friends open up to me in their support for Romney and disappointment for Obama. The way this occurs is a conversation starts up and one of us will drop a hint like boy the gas prices are very high. Then that gives an opening to blame Obama. Once the person opens the door, the other jumps in with both feet. It is really fun. I think Pennsylvania is in play, but Philly is the big problem. Pray for a Northeaster on election day to suppress the vote on the east coast!

Yes it’s hard to win Pen when the city of Philly has a voter participation of 99.9%.

And its even harder to win Pen when the city of Philly has a voter participation of 139.5% or higher.

I’ve been to realclearpolitics.com to see what the latest polling is concerning PA. The most recent three DO NOT have a link to their internals. The articles talk a lot about the internals EXCEPT the party identification break-down.

I DO NOT ACCEPT any poll until I see the party identification break-down. Almost ALWAYS with the lame-stream polls, the Dims are over-sampled.

Great article by Dick Morris about how all these bogus polls are using 2008 results to determine party weighting.

BOGUS!!

Freepers, ALWAYS look at the internals to see if there is any Dim over-sampling.

They tried this crap with the Wisconsin Recall election. On election day they had a poll over-sampling Dims that predicted a race too close to call. That was the story line on Fox, CNN, and PMSNBC as soon as the polls closed. Actual result: Walker won 53-47. (For the life of me I don’t know WHY Fox is publishing polls that over-sample Dims, but they do.)

Come on, Freepers! Look at poll internals, and when you see Dim over-sampling, get on the internet to as many sites as possible and leave comments exposing this! Get the word out! Too many people on our side are believing this crap without checking the internals. The lame-streams are trying to make us think that Zero has it in the bag, and we should just stay at home on election day!
