When Does NBC Broadcast Joe Biden Mental Meltdown of July 23, 1986?

Okay, so when does NBC or any other MSM outlet FINALLY show the video of July 23, 1986 in which Joe Biden has a looooooong extended mental meltdown? It is one of those videos that has to be seen to be believed and makes one doubt the mental stability of Biden.

The meltdown took place at the Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing in which Biden was screaming at and berating a calm George Shultz who was the Secretary of State then. It wasn't just what Biden was doing but HOW he was doing it. Just like a petty child complete with tossing his papers down. It is quite a remarkable video BUT still remains hidden from the public.

I originally brought this up four years ago but the response seems to be that it can't hurt Biden because the subject was South Africa. But, believe me, it was HOW he acted in that video. Biden even admitted afterwards about being embarrassed by his performance.

So WHO can find that video? I tried and came up with dead ends. The C-SPAN archive does not go back that far. It is probably in the Vanderbilt archives and I posted that info a while back but, unfortunately, nobody followed up. I just hope Vanderbilt has the COMPLETE video of that hearing.

So for any intrepid soul willing to hunt down that video, remember it must be the COMPLETE video showing the full extent of Biden's meltdown. A snippet just doesn't do it justice.

I still have the feeling that C-SPAN has that video somewhere. I just don't see them destroying any of their archives.

Again a reminder: The COMPLETE meltdown must be seen to be believed. Very shocking stuff.

Or the pro Palestinian event Obama attended. Believe LA Times has video and won’t release it.

I think before. It is a pretty shocking video but it MUST be seen in its ENTIRETY. Snippets don’t do it just since the extended Biden primal whine goes on and on and on and...

It’s definitely NOT on YouTube in its entirety.

If one watches just a few seconds of it then you would think that Biden just had a bad hair day (pun intended) but to watch the entire EXTENDED whine that lasted for about 5 full minutes, you figure he has to be just flat out NUts.

And you probably won't. If this were a video of Paul Ryan acting even a fraction as crazy as Biden in this video, it would have been already broadcast on TV. However, this video, even though it was recorded at a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing has been effectively suppressed. Remember, the ENTIRE video of the extended primal whine by Biden must be seen. Snippets don't do it justice.

Apparently there is some big conspiracy going on with him. I tried searching for some video on the internet, but there appear to be hundreds of thousands of videos of other bizzarre, racist, or just plain kookoo things he’s said.

They definitely buried the video that is the “smoking gun” of his craziness under all those other videos. Finding that one particular video will be like finding a needle in a haystack.

Very clever. The forces of evil may have beaten the good guys in this “missing video” caper.

[WARNING: this should be funny to the reader, as it is sarcastic. If you do not get the sarcasm, call your Congressman and Senators and complain about Federal spending on giveaway programs that are corrupt and shameless vote-buying, ask them how the Federal Reserve is going to unwind it’s multi-trillion dollar Treasury debt portfolio, take two aspirin, then carry on.]

The Howard Dean primal scream is still available. It’s a classic but he is a bit stale.

Didn't the White House request that C-SPAN and YouTube evaluate whether the offending clip was in keeping with their policies?

It didn’t go back to July 1986. So what did C-SPAN do with their video archives before then? Dump them? I doubt it.

Okay but I hope the FULL unedited meltdown can be found. It is seemingly endless. Shultz basically sits there silently and lets Biden childishly wail on and on and on and...

BTW, Biden while whining is also tossing papers around. Must be seen to be believed but MUST be seen in its entirety.

Here is also a neat link:

C-SPAN Video Archives Now Available Online

The C-SPAN Online Archives Web site offers the public free and unlimited video dating back to 1987, a span of five presidential administrations. “C-SPAN Online Archives will redefine social studies education in America,” says Frances Martel, a columnist for the Web site Mediaite, which covers news about print, online, and broadcast media. “It is a godsend to anyone embarking on an American history research project.”

Programs are indexed by subjects, speaker names, titles, affiliations, sponsors, Congressional committees, categories, policy groups, keywords, and locations. Educators and students are encouraged to use the resources, according to the C-Span’s Copyright Policy for Educators. The archive also includes a wealth of talks and interviews with nonfiction authors from BookTV, CSPAN’s weekend nonfiction book programming.

The network isn’t the first to make its archives available. NBC News has created NBC Learn, which is a portal for the subscription service NBC News Archives On Demand. Unlike C-SPAN archives, NBC’s archives are tailored to be curriculum specific and also include original video content. Its Science of the Olympic Winter Games, created in partnership with the National Science Foundation, proved to be a very popular resource in schools during the recent Vancouver Olympics.

As part of the C-Span Online Archives launch, the Huffington Post is asking readers to submit the best videos and moments from 20 years of Congressional history. Readers will then be asked to vote on their favorite moment.

Brian Lamb, C-SPAN founder and CEO, is an alumnus of Purdue University, whose School of Library Arts has been collecting C-SPAN archives since 1986. The network launched in 1979, but little video from its early years is available.

In July 1998, C-SPAN assumed responsibility for Purdue University’s archival operations and its facilities were moved off campus to Purdue Research Park in West Lafayette, IN, where two machines that can turn 16 hours of tapes into digital files every hour have been working around the clock to move C-SPAN’s programs online.
