Thanks publana. Newt will wind up his career and life as the Republican Humphrey, having publicly embraced positions from the other side of the aisle (global warming poppycock, for one thing) and been known for his speaking, and having been close to the Presidency, but never having achieved it.
I predict that someday Newt will be president of the USA—and So will Sarah Palin!
