I have not watched a network newscast, nor any network-related cable channel for at least 10 years. Every chance I get, I tell my grand daughters to not believe everything their teachers tell them about the President, Congress, homosexuals, liberals and the like. I tell them they have to ask their mommy and daddy, or they can talk to me.
I returned to CONUS 15 years ago. The first TV show I tuned into was “Just Shoot Me.” I was embarrassed to be on the same planet with people who turn out such twaddle and even more embarrassed to learn that members of my family watch that crap. Over the last 15 years, the only sits I watch are reruns of “MASH,” “Frasier,” and “Cheers.” If the best the networks can do, such as “Broke Girls,” or “ How I Met Your Mother’” the industry is in deep doo doo. I’ve only seen the promos for this mind-numbing guano and am astounded at their vapidity. And why Laugh Tracks?
