I’m in the greater Boston area & Romney is hitting the NH market from here. He’s close to even with Obama, IMO, in TV ads. I drive a lot & Romney has almost 100% coverage on the radio in NH.

Both Obama and Romney ads in CT. Used to see more Romney ones but now seeing more Obama than Romney. Why bother wasting $$on ads in CT if you are Obama? It’s closer than it probably should be but not like he’s really at risk of losing here

let's see, I was a gub'mnt worker and worked for Nixon, Reagan, Bush, Bush ~ did that make me vote Republican?

I think you have an erroneous idea of what motivates gub'mnt workers.

If the media was playing it fair, you could be right.

However, if Romney ran some negative ads at the moment, the MSM would just replay them during their news segments and make some comment that would nullify the ad’s effect.

However, after the debate, if Romney definitely defeats Obama, there will be jack the media can do to save his sorry arse.

Mitt’s ad campaign will be bumped off the airwaves when media coveraeg goes wall to wall 24/7 on Hussein’s October surprise attack on Iran.

Could be the Oteam is trying to fool R&R into spending some cash $ before the end of Oct in places they know Obozo has it locked up. Remember when Gore’s team tricked Bush into spending some $ in CA? They are trying the same trick!

I don’t know what Romney is doing ,but here in maryland we are being pummeled by negative Obama ads against Romney.

Every ad has Romney in it, Giving jobs to China, screwing the kids educations, messing up health care.

I never knew what a monster Romney was until Obama started these negative ads 24/7

Now that I know— I am sure to vote for Romney—I would vote for beelzebob before voting for the Muslim A-hole we have now.

I agree with you that most of the 47% will not watch the debates. However, there are two groups who will likely be watching the debates fervently.

Blacks and conservatives. My feelers, in other chatlines, tell me that blacks are very much engaged this season and they are paying attention, and not just because of the usual reasons for their participation.

I’m not in a swing state but I never, ever watch ads thanks to the DVR. I don’t take calls from pollsters either.

We’re in Iowa. We seldom turn our TV on.

The phone has been ringing off the hook for over a month now. We don’t even answer it anymore. Our family and friends have our cell phone numbers so we know it’s just polls and telemarketers.

One encouraging thing. We have a 20 year old son at home (part time student). He has been getting bombarded with very good Romney mailers. He has been receiving stuff in the mail almost daily for the last 2-3 weeks.

Someone in the campaign has wisely decided to go after the young vote.

I was watching C-span and these pollsters were giddy that Romney
thought the polls were wrong. Romney I guess is thinking it will be
between 2008 and 2010.

They were certain that the % vote of minority would increase by 2%
in 2012 vs. 2008. They said it is going up 2% every year.

They said that Obama was the first to win the Presidency while losing
whites by more than double digits.

Then they started talking about Democrats are going to be in trouble
later on because they don’t have working class whites.

I thought I was in the twilight zone.
No one tells the truth that Obama’s coalition is so non-white.

But it’s not that we are racist -— It’s that Obama is dividing us by race.
He has succeeded beyond the wildest dreams of segregationists.

I think it’s abominable that blacks
vote 98% Democrats and Latinos, perhaps 25% of them who are anchor
babies voting, which increases every year because of the illegal alien
invasion,, vote 65% Democrats.

It is going to be a civil war soon if Obama is re-elected.
I am going to prepare for the coming civil war.

It’s unfortunate that we don’t have a Reagan coming up, we
need FREEDOM. Blacks want FREEDOM. Latinos want FREEDOM.
WHites want FREEDOM. We yearn for freedom.

If Obama pulls out a win, as things stand, America is over. I believe that fervently.

But I also think it would be a mistake for Romney to come out too strongly, as it risks causing a tribal reaction to take place.

I think he’s playing the cards he’s been dealt with as best he can and the polls are showing positive results, because the media has to poll +10 to show Obama leading by +2.

I know many here want a replay of 1980, where Reagan was able to devastate Carter, but this is not 1980. A devastating and relentless campaign will not work in Romney’s favour.

If you're watching your favorite TV show and you don't see a single Romney ad.... don't despair! You're not being targeted.

However, if your wife and daughter insist on watching "Cup Cake Wars" on the Food Network in SW VA, you may get to see plenty Romney ads.

Starting to get worried. Saw something on HuffPo showing Obama has run nearly double the ads in Florida and Ohio.

This is a good point.

If Obama seems to be beaten up and might lose, all the Blacks might
run to his defense and go out and vote. A sympathy vote.

Biden might have had the right idea...hey whitey gonna get you back
in chains. SO you all vote *@#&*((@*(*(. Can’t let the white man win.

Who is the racist in this scenario??? RIGHT. Democrats.

This is the new, hard-hitting ad Romney is playing in swing states.

"I'm Mitt Romney and I approved this message."

"You know, Barack Obama is a pretty nice guy. Good dad, good husband, looks great in a suit. But I have to say that maybe he's not the best person to be president. I know, I know. You're saying, 'Why is Romney being so tough on Obama.' Well, I have to say that I'd probably be a better president, so there it is. Not to say anything negative about President Obama. Just that, maybe, I might do a better job."

Whew! That'll hit Obama where it hurts!

Oh bs, a negative ad can be done right, and it’s needed to push Obama’s negatives up.

Absolutely correct, plus there is early voting happening in many states already..

We need to get this show on the road.. SOON!
