BUTLER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A Butler Township woman was arrested over the weekend after police said she threw a case of beer at police officers from a second-floor window.
Authorities said three officers responded to the report of a domestic dispute between Diane Pusateri, 48, and another woman when Pusateri threw a full case of beer at the officers.
The case of beer hit two of the officers in the head, shoulder, neck and thigh, officials said.

My first thought before my morning coffee was, ‘Wow that’s some Warren commission level case of beer theory right there.’
Please let it not be Guinness... the thought of such a fine beer splashed about would break my half-Irish heart!
Were the cops outside the 2nd floor window?If not then she did not throw a case of beer at them,she dropped it on them.

I see three issues. 1. It was probably cheap beer the officers didn’t want to drink. 2. By the time it got to the ground, it was too shaken up to open without spraying all over the officers’ uniforms. 3. The officers knew someone would film them and they’d get into trouble for drinking on the job.
Next time, lady, throw doughnuts. 1. You know they want them. 2. They can survive the fall. 3. Filming officers eating doughnuts on the job? Who cares.
Was it Bud Light? If so, this guy had something to say about it.

24 bottles in a case of beer, 24 hours in a day. Coincidence? I don’t think so!!!
If you watch the video at the link, the house has a huge wrap around porch on it. Thus the beer must have rolled off the porch roof!
