Compare the candidates: Obama, Romney, Goode (Vanity)

Folks, Obama and Romney are eating off the same menu (although Romney changes his diet from election to election).

Virgil Goode is the only acceptable candidate running, IMHO.

"Two Freepers went up to the voting booth to vote; the one a Phariconserv and the other a reluctant Romney voter. The Phariconserv stood and felt all smug and self-righteous saying, 'God, I thank thee that I am not like those Godless liberals, leftists, and even as that Romney voter. I am voting pure, for Virgil Good'."

And the Romney voter, standing far back in the line, smote his breast thinking: 'God, there is no way in hell I'm helping that evil, wicked devil stay in office for another 4 years, continuing to tear down all that is good and decent, by voting like that Phariconserv, foolishly helping those who are against you' .'"

"Verily I say unto you, that reluctant Romney voter went home justified." Freeper 18:10-14

Lost votes are the only messages some people pay attention to.

So losing is a viable option if it makes some people pay attention?

Good luck. The rest of us will work to defeat this crap with the only weapons provided us.

Borrowing Rep. Ron Paul's presidential campaign push, Mitt Romney said Monday he thinks the Federal Reserve should face an audit. "Very plain and simple, the answer is yes. The Federal Reserve should be accountable. We should see what they're doing," Mr. Romney, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, said at a town hall in New Hampshire.

And straight from the Mitt twitter feed:

MittRomney: Ron Paul’s “Audit The Fed” bill is a reminder of his tireless efforts to promote sound money and a more transparent Federal Reserve.

That's just the most obvious issue I have with your "differences."

Your. Assumption. Requires. That. There. Not. Be. Even. The. Possibility. Of. The. Existence. Of. God.

Only atheist don't vote for Virgil?

Not logical.

I don't cede moral ground to those not in the fight for the primary mission: Remove the current regime.

Since we all agree that the polls are slanted (dont we?!), perhaps they are slanted so much that Virgil is actually the unslanted winner!

Likewise, when Obama finishes driving this country into the ground, I won’t bother you . . . we’ll be too busy scavenging for food to post on the internet.

It has nothing to do with respect. Of course I respect your right to have beliefs and act on them just as I have the right to vehemently disagree. I think that we have many beliefs in common. I was happier with other candidates but they have fallen by the wayside. I was furious when the GOP coalesced behind him. I do believe that some people rise to the weight of the Presidency and I believe Romney may be among them.
Above all I mindful of the fact that Obama is deconstructing our society, setting man against man and aiding our enemies while isolating our friends. Homosexuality and abortion copays are issues to me but I believe we have more basic freedoms that are being assailed and that Romney will be a step in the right direction. I do not think God wants to see America and her ideals lost and He helps those that help themselves.

Lost votes are the only messages some people pay attention to.

A) That didn't work last time either.

B) When evil wins, it sends the message that evil wins.

Inquiring minds want to know, how does one post food on the internet?

I take it you only include positions Goode took in the past few years versus when he was a Democrat.

Also, you left out the factual odds of Goode getting enough electors, which is 0%. He isnt on enough ballots to even come close. All he can do is play the spoiler role.

So losing

Is a Mittens victory "winning"?

is a viable option if it makes some people pay attention?

If you expect there to be elections after this one, it might be nice to have viable conservative candidates in them.

that is garbage. Voting for Goode or any other useful idiot dead ender IS a vote for Obama.

You are taking a legitimate vote away from a chance to defeat Obama. You are not factoring in fraud, absentee fraud and the fact the DNC is contributing to Goode in order to have useful idiots suicide their votes.

Lost votes are the only messages some people pay attention to.

A) That didn't work last time either.

Was it tried last time?

B) When evil wins, it sends the message that evil wins.

When evil wins over evil, it means we need another option.

If you were voting with your heart then you would fight and use your vote for ridding our country of Obama. Instead you are in fact voting for Obama by taking a vote from Romney and placing it in Bambi’s lap. Are you an undercover Dem trying to sway the vote? It’s unfortunate that we have 2 choices. You are making the incorrect choice which is a Ross Perot moment!

No, we do not have 2 choices - and it is unfortunate that more American citizens aren't willing to cast their vote for the best candidate. If I vote for Goode, I am voting for Goode. He's on my state ballot and I'm free to vote for him. What I don't understand is why, if I don't like the present President, I have to vote for Romney. I won't vote for him (nor would I for anyone else) simply because he is "not as bad as" the present President. Look at Virgil Goode's position on the issues (economy, Constitutions, pro-life, family, etc.): http://www.goodeforpresident2012.com/the-issues.html Blessings to you! Vote with your mind and heart, and not simply "against Obama."

Do I have to answer for who is elected or for who I voted for?

We have to answer for the result of our actions.

If your action here - advocating for Virgil - is successful way beyond all reasonable expectations, the outcome is an evil regime stays in power. And you will have acted to further that outcome.

It puts Obama out of office, doesn't it?

Would you prefer he remain in office?

When evil wins over evil

I'm sorry, but distorting Romney into evil or =Obama only shows a desperation to justify a wrong position.
