Having supplies for a few weeks is probably smart as I’ve said. But the whole prepper thing really isn’t about being prepared. It’s about wishing to see America suffer for its sins. The mindset is similar to the environmentalist left. They’ll say it’s about clean air and clean water but we know that deep down it’s really an angry critique of free interprise. Likewise, the prepper mindset is about more than just being prepared. It’s really an angry critique of wayward post-Constitutional, post-Christian America. In some ways I sympathize with it, but at the same time I know that the rage is not healthy. Prepperism is a case study in letting the perfect be the enemy of the good.
“Its about wishing to see America suffer for its sins.”
Listen, liberal, stop trying to tell people why they do what they do and keep your nose out of other people’s business. You haven’t a clue why people prep, but, like a liberal, you want to tell them they have bad motives you don’t like so you hate them.
I'm not a prepper myself yet, but I have to say that, objectively, your assertion is one of the most foolish printed utterances I've read in a very long time.
Somehow, you think you have insight into the mind of the average prepper. You don't.
You should give up your silly antagonism, it really makes you look like a troll. And you're not a troll, are you?
