Last week Stacy brought our attention to the fact that an Alaska judge struck down yet another in a series of meritless lawsuits brought against Governor Palin by Palin-deranged “activists”. In this case, Chip Thoma was the hebetudinous anklebiter who brought the legal action. Today, to nobody’s surprise, the judge took the next step and formally dismissed the case, and in so doing ruled that Thoma must reimburse the Governor for the legal costs she incurred as a result of his frivolous litigation.

I hope Palin’s lawyer charges $1,000 an hour.

...the hebetudinous anklebiter...

It's an EXTREMELY rare occasion that I stumble upon a word I don't know the meaning of. My misbegotten youth was spent with my nose in a dictionary.

You made my day. Thanks!

I had no idea she was still fighting this nonsense. Good for her, hopefully it will end.

Glad she got attorney’s fees! Maybe this $hit will stop now.

I'm sure the Plantiff will file bankruptcy before he pays a penny to Sarah Palin.

He'll pull the same trick Sharpton pulled when he lost the Pagonis defamation lawsuit. Claimed he was a pauper, while being driven around in limos and flying in a private jet.

Yes indeed. We had a county treasurer in Yuma county that stole a couple of million in property tax dollars.

She was convicted, spent a couple of months in prison, and was ordered to pay the money back... at $5 a month!

Make it a continuing judgment against this a-hole.
