We had an FBI agent shoot an Eagle Scout under similar circumstances ~ (Unarmed, obeying police orders) ~ over in Maryland several years back.

The puke shot him right in the face too ~ a head shot.

No, the Eagle Scout wasn't doing anything ~ just doing what the cops ordered.

What it gets down to is some cops are stupid. Now, do they put them in the federal witness protection program or something? Seems to me somebody is going to get the drop on one of them over something and the jury will let her walk so if they want the cops to survive they have to hide them out someplace.

DeFerrari is the only one in this whole thing whose story can be trusted, especially since the off duty cop in the backseat who had her hands out the window waving some form of ID decided to cop out and plea that she was really asleep the whole time and thus saw and heard nothing.

The only reason she would do that is if what she witnessed was what DeFerrari witnessed and telling it would not be good for the police and whatever police career she is able to salvage.
