For about 25 years the Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese has batted at the #4 slot on McDonald's menu. My boy and I hit the drive through tonight because Mom wasn't in the car..... we were both ready for two Super Size #4's and then my world had changed. The Double QP was in the #3 slot! When and why did this happen? You Nannies and Busybodies with dietary suggestions can move on. This chat is for people who like to eat where, what and when they want who are well schooled in the menu of a great American institution.

We never go to McDonald’s...except when there’s no time to get where we want to go and still have time to eat or just can’t get to any place else.

In the two times a YEAR that I have to go there, I have YET to get what I ordered in the way I ordered it!!

AND it ain’t the best there is for fast food either.

Actually, the very best cheeseburgers are usually at some dive bar... for some reason dive bars have the very best burgers and that kind of stuff

McDonald’s sucks.... Plain and simple and there it is without any apologies. Anyone who thinks McDonald’s is good food just hasn’t ever had a good burger.

AMEN! Except the coffee... it's usually quite good.

I haven’t had Krystals in years. Mostly because I ate them late night and the ones in Franklin close earlier. And the closest one is at that Shell station on Murf. and Edward Curb.
