A New Jersey business owners window display which depicts President Barack Obama as a witch doctor is generating support and outrage.
The display in a window of Skuby & Co. Lifestyle Clothing in Spring Lake includes an image of the presidents head superimposed on the body of a witch doctor above the word ObamaCare.
Theres a tombstone featuring a picture of the president with a stethoscope and the inscription, I Told You I Was Sick. A mannequin also wears a hat with a derogatory Obama acronym.
Store owner Bill Skuby told 1010 WINS he developed his display because it reflects his beliefs.
My feeling about Obamacare and all this other stuff at some point you have to stand up to how you feel and I feel this is wrong and awful, Skuby said. I think this guy has just taken down a path we could never recover from.
Skuby, who said hes a declared Independent, hasnt seen a drop in business because of the sign.
However, one resident who saw the display Monday told the Asbury Park Press it was disrespectful and portrays the town as racist.

“Voodoo Economics”, anyone?
ting to the tang the wallabama bingbang
Baseball cap: F.Y.B.O.
LOL!
The display as a whole, however, is disgraceful, insensitive, and insulting.
"Witch Doctors", however misguided they may be, are at least trying to do the best they know how for their patients.
0bamacare is a deliberate attempt to destroy a thriving and successful medical community ... an attempt to provide the worst care for the patient.
I like what this guy is doing. I just wish he would substitute the word “think” for the word “feel” when he’s making a statement to the press, though. I know the words are used interchangeably these days—but words have meanings. These two words do NOT have the same meaning.
Sorry—this has become a real annoyance to me—
this has become a real annoyance to me...”
Too many people are becoming accustomed to not expressing how they think any more lest they be considered non-PC compliant, as a result they’ve forgotten how to think.
Two other phrases - “in my opinion” and anything containing the words “reach out...” also drive me crazy. If I don’t have an opinion about something, I don’t say anything and I don’t want anyone reaching out to me nor do I want to reach out to anyone. Call, contact, write, email, perhaps but reach out, no!
Re the window display - it’s a factual criticism of Obamacare and the likelihood that we won’t have decent affordable medical care in the future. There is nothing racial about it. This man is to be commended for his creative way of expressing his opinion and is factually correct.
Yes—”reach out” drives me ‘round the bend, too.
LOL ! I am sure the person will get an IRS audit in the near future.....
Good point. I agree. He does get points for not caving immediately, though.
