Reminds me of the 50 year old story of the man who disappeared while working in a Pepsi plant.

Several weeks later they decide to clean the tanks and find his bones in the bottom.

Then there is the idiot engineer who went inside a shut down power plant boiler without telling anyone. Luckily an operator doing a walk down inspection heard him beating his flashlight on the wall and got him out just before they fired it up.

Then, 25 years ago, there are the men who worked in a log debarking plant who crawled inside the machine to clear a jam. While inside the machine started up.

Last year I remember a guy fell inside a giant laundry machine. He was pulling out a tangle.

People WILL keep doing these unsafe things, often under the instigation of corrupt management. It’s awful.
