Had we took Obama Eligibility seriously, this election would be a landslide for Romney...instead, this race is tight.

I'm sorry, I don't believe it would make an iota of difference.
His most supporters are rabid. There is nothing he could do to shake their allegiance. (Maybe wiping his face with a handkerchief and the brown comes off)
The others would say something like.."He was President for 4 yrs. and nothing bad happened. So what he doesn't meet the letter of the law."
"The Constitution is a living document and needs to keep up with the times."

I have heard more than once liberals say that the American Presidential election should be open to all the people in the world because America affects the whole world.

I fell asleep around midnight, thats why i asked for others impression.
1) Dave appologized for calling Trump a r@ci5t. Then explained only dummies are r@ci5t, and Donald continues to be a very smart man and cannot be a r@ci5t
2) Lettermans body language and attitude suggested he was open and receptive and respectful to whatever Trump proposed. No pushback, no takover, no challenge (ie. The newspaper birth announcement) no insinuation.
3) Fun and joking were part of the segment, but not to attack Donalds 5 million $ deal, or Donalds beliefs.
4 ) Donald was able to communicate we know NOTHING about 0bamas past
5) I got the sense Letterman agreed this is a legit pursuit. Letter man did not throw out belittleing words like birther.

Then again, i was sleepy, so i reached out for other opinions

In that case I'll take Bibi or Nigel Farage.

Wrong. Trump supported McCain though he is a big fan of Hillary’s.

She’s definitely expresses her opinons in colorful terms and that’s just one of the things I admire about her.

It is my understanding that she is divorced, not sure but it seems I read that somewhere.

Donald Trump’s on words, I’ll let you decide whether or not he supported Obama: “I was his biggest cheerleader,” the multibillionaire businessman told Sean Hannity on his Fox TV show Tuesday night. “If you go back three years, I’m saying, ‘Do a great job.’ I wanted him to do a great job. I still want him to do a great job.”

Donald has always talked out both sides of his mouth. If I were a betting man, I’d bet a dollar to a donut that he gave money to the Obama campaign one way or the other. He always plays both sides....!

Here a few other things on Trump that may/may not suprise you:

“Trump may have trouble explaining to conservatives why, if he’s against Obamacare (oops, sorry Debbie Wasserman-Schultz), why did he contribute money to the re-election campaign of Anthony Weiner, one of the health care bill’s self-proclaimed authors?”

“If Trump’s against gun control (or corruption for that matter), why the contribution to Charles Rangel, who rates an “F” on gun rights from the NRA (as does Weiner and others on The Donald’s donation list)?”

“Trump says he’s pro-life, but has given money to Hillary Clinton and Chuck Schumer — two politicians who make thrills go up NARAL’s leg.”

“Trump’s contributed money to the campaigns of Frank Lautenberg, Ted Kennedy, Patrick Kennedy, Harry Reid, Arlen Specter and Dick Durbin — so much for the “lower taxes” concern. Could a true “conservative” have brought himself to sign any of those donation checks without slitting his wrists with the pen afterwards?”

I found a clip of this and the thing I found most interesting - other than Letterman having an actual, non-snarky conversation with Trump - was that the audience clapped after Trump said "Transparency!"

When Letterman's audience wants to know about 0's background, it's become mainstream.

They mean anyone should be able to run for election and anyone should be able to vote.
