York County, PA here. Small stream flooding, some out laying areas still without power. Other than that, we’re good.

West belmar, no power little water pressure
Took a tree to house, ripped all utilities off
Looters looking for gas cans and generators
Stay armed!

Norwalk, CT here. Power is still out in my neighborhood. They’ve indicated it might take a few more days to complete. The storm didn’t seem all that bad, I’ve seen worse overall, but the gusts got up to hurricane strength around 75mph or so. There are trees down all over the place – in my immediate neighborhood, large trees fell on four houses. My church used to be surrounded by majestic 75’ pines – no more. Some fell on the ground, some fell on the roof. Next door to my father in law’s house, an enormous pine fell across the road and onto the house across the street.

We're in a funny spot - Long Island Sound is shaped like a V with the open side facing east to the ocean. When the wind blows out of the east, the tides don’t go completely out and the water piles up in the western Sound, where I am. We had astronomical high tides over 12’ above normal. The part of my town near the water was submerged. The low part of main street in Westport was 4 ½ feet underwater. One low income apartment complex in Norwalk was 5’ under and they are talking about just demolishing it – too much damage. My favorite burger joint down by the water was washed out to sea. The pool house at the swim club we used to belong to was demolished as well.

Good to see you, Bro.

Have you heard from/of Elder Bro and his brood yet? I thought he was on storm duty.

Nephew was trying to get to the coast...

Same County...same report.

5 hours 15 minutes without power Monday but that was a minor nuisance after 54 hours last year from Irene and 51 hours from the "halloween snow".

Irene (along with Lee two weeks later) knocked down half a dozen good sized trees. This time only a little locust sapling.
