If this is true, would it not be possible to bring a court case against the Officiating person for fraud. It brings the law into disrepute to permit this to happen. To allow the impossible without any explanation says that someone in the GOP is either not doing their job or are even conniving at the fraud.
Do it in every single case, and make it personal so that the Dem operatives think twice before doing it in 2014 and forward. Go after them with venom and make it hurt.
