Some more:

Maude and Walter Findlay

I don't think anyone mentioned Rhoda the Robot, Julie Newmar, on "My Living Doll" 1964-1965. Wow, the Censors had fits with her outfits. Later on Julie was Catwoman on TV's "Batman". Rhoda's robot number was "AF 709" --anyone remember where that number was seen again on TV?

I met Chuck Connors once. I asked him where the rifle used in The Rifleman. He said he had it mounted over his fireplace surrounded by pictures of five presidents. This was shortly before he died.

back to the list, I would add:
Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. They were genuinely funny.
Jack Lord, the ONE & ONLY Steve McGarrett
The cast of Magnum, P.I.
The cast of the Carol Burnett Show
The original cast of Dallas
The cast of Bonanza
Rod Serling
The cast of Hee Haw
Eliot Ness
The Rawhide gang
The SS Seaview
The cast of Star Trek along with the USS Enterprise
The cast of Twelve O’Clock HIgh
the cast of Combat

Rand Brooks.

That’s from memory, BTW. I didn’t look it up.

Doc Adams and Festus Haggin

Two scenes from them:

Festus comes into some money. Doc suggests he buy himself a little lot (of land). Festus replies how can he do that? He can either buy a little or a lot.

Doc (on another occasion) asks Festus why he doesn’t learn to read. Festus replies (my favorite):
“If I was to learn to read writin’, how would I know that the person that was writin’ the writin’ was writin’ the writin’ right? I might be reading wrong writin’, don’t you see?”
