The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show airs tonight, with an estimated production cost of over $12 million. The show has been criticized for promoting unrealistic beauty, especially since a Limited Brands executive famously told the New York Times that fewer than 100 women worldwide were capable of walking its runway.
But many of the models have appeared without makeup, showing what they look like before several stylists have worked their magic.
We compiled side-by-side comparisons of some of the most famous Victoria's Secret models with and without makeup.

Yeah, I know the term Liver Lips. I had a rather full lower lip. however, later in life I overheard my hot girl friend telling her friend how sexy my lips were. That made all those years of teasing melt away! Ah yeeessss!
I think all of us here on FR should post before and after pictures.
I think I would look dashing either way.
They are pretty hot without their make up, too.
It is surprising how much difference a good photographer will make over a poor one.
I used to work at a Summer retreat which every year had a yearbook. The photographer would take the pics for free and then sell you an assortment if you wanted them.
I can recall for several years this jolly little fat man did them and everyone looked great. Then for another year a different photographer did them and everyone looked awful.
Several years later I returned to that place and a young woman did the pictures. I asked her about the little man who did such a great job. She remembered him and agreed he was good. Hers were also pretty good.
I'm also not into silicones for boobs.
The lips are a little (maybe a little more than a little) over-done. Other than that, without makeup they’re nice looking young women. I’m sure with “average” makeup they’d look pretty good. When the pros get done with them yeah, very photogenic... ;-) But I wonder how they’d look in person with all that makeup on? Like a painted on face? My sweetie looks just fine in faded jeans, white top, and little or no makeup.

Hell, my wife is 75, and she's cute as can be with no makeup! And with makeup, she's just as, if not more attractive than many of these!
Of course, I'm just biased... lol

Many, many years ago, I saw Linda Evans in an Indian Wells restaurant and you wouldn’t give her a second look if you saw her walking down the street.
Wow... These make up artist do amazing work....
I wonder if they could make Helen Thomas look human....?
Many "well known/famous" women want it that way.
I am almost certain that I once saw Victoria Principal in a bikini. I had no idea who she was at the time other than a gorgeous young girl. This was in the early 60’s in Ft. Walton Bch. Fl and her face (and figure) are still imprinted in my memory.
We need a picture.
They all could use a good Pasta dinner, with a lot of bread.. jus sayin.. sheeeze
