it amazes me how STUPID most criminals are
How they will spend more time and effort to steal something when they would make more money if they worked for that same amount of time anmd effort
and i think someone who steals should be charged for the FULL REPLACEMENT value- i have seen idiot morons steal $100 worth of copper pipes, but do $10,000 worth of damage to tear it out.
