It is my dads car.
So now, you tell us you are using your father’s car without insurance (his company will not pay if you are in a accident because you have no license), which places him in full liability for any incident.....you want to drive his car to a foreign country without a license and proper insurance.....wow just wow.
It is my dads car.
Your dad's insurance company DOES NOT COVER UNLICENSED DRIVERS, nor does anyone elses.......
In post #22, you stated "I want to go down and stay."........Does your dad know that you're taking his car to Mexico with no intention on returning?
Your story is falling apart dude and whatever reason you have in going to Mexico is going to get you busted because of your obvious stupidity.......

If your dad knows, he's an idiot. I think we've already established as to you.
Lots of insurance policies won't cover if the owner knowingly lets an unlicensed driver take the wheel. But it doesn't matter in Me-he-ko, as you'd need to get a short term Mexican policy anyway.
But if you don't care about cruising around unlicensed, I don't see why you'd let the insurance issue bother you.
So are you a drunk driver with a suspended license, or a deadbeat dad?
