Where Cheaters Live: S.F.'s 10 Most Adulterous Neighborhoods
SF Weekly ^ | Thu., Jan. 3 2013 | Erin Sherbert

That doesn't look like it's his fault at all Have you ever wondered what those rich folks in Pac Heights do with all that extra money lying around? Apparently, they are lavishing diamonds on every hottie who isn't their spouse.

According to new stats released today, San Francisco is a great place to have an extramarital affair, especially in the wealthy enclaves of the city, where you are most likely to find a cheating spouse.

You know who you are, even if your wife doesn't.

AshleyMadison.com, a website that helps married users find partners other than their spouses (its slogan is "life is short, have an affair") revealed that some 68,980 San Franciscans are registered with the infidelity site, proving that this polyamorous city is a great place to have multiple hookups outside the home.

Using that data, the site's CEO was able to crunch some numbers and determine where exactly in San Francisco all these cheaters live, with Pacific Heights coming in at No.1, followed by the Financial District and the Marina -- all neighborhoods where people can easily afford more than one partner.

Ironically enough, at the bottom of the list was North Beach, home to strippers and more strippers, followed by the Lower Haight, where apparently post-punk rockers would rather be bohemians than adulterers.

Here are the top 10 neighborhoods:

AshleyMadison.com According to the cheating service, 46.3 percent of S.F. women registered with the service are actually married; that means that 57 percent of women using the site in the city are single yet looking to have affairs specifically with married men.

Other interesting facts:

a high percentage of single men and women in the IT profession are using the service

a high percentage of women are specifically looking for a sugar daddy

The Mission District has the most affair partners

The Marina has the youngest crop of cheaters

Pacific Heights has the most female users of the service. Well, this news certainly puts a whole new spin on the famous phrase "San Francisco treat."

Since you haven’t answered the question, and since I’m already aware of what I wrote, I’ll ask once again, what does New York have to do with the article about cheating in San Francisco that you posted?

You, perhaps, have a timber in your eye, and are, perhaps, faulting SF for having its own mote?

Is that it? It’s a post about San Francisco. When there are posts about New York’s deviance I don’t disagree. If a Californian on this American conservative site says something legitimate about New York degeneracy, I don’t get upset that it’s coming from a Californian. I’m from New York, for better or worse. I didn’t choose to be from it, but that’s where I’m from. I’m not from San Francisco, so hearing about this makes me want to avoid it, and that’s what I simply stated.

I avoid it too, and I believe I have far more opportunities to do so. I live about 60 miles away...

There's not enough money in the world that they could pay me to work for such an evil company.

"life is short, have an affair"

Depending upon the spouse who has been cheated on, or the STD that the cheater contracts, life could become considerably shorter.
