My point was that blacks commit crimes against whites a lot more frequently than the reverse. Black on black crime is completely out of control.
Of course. Most people white AVOID predominantly Black areas. It is called self preservation.

This is not anything new. Forty five years ago many police would not go into black areas to investigate a crime.
