I have always thought that the silent black triangles that people have been seeing for years are surveillance craft.

Highly classified surveillance or attack aircraft do not fly over densely populated areas, especially at modest altitude and airspeed. Besides the risk of exposure of secret technology, there is a real risk of a mid-air collision. There has to be another explanation.
