Thats a “Bevy of Beauties”. I have what I call “Team Trouble” (they aren’t really) two German shepherds.
Thanks. You’re right.
Someone should breed a strain of tiny yet very savage teacup poodles who attack en masse, thereby overwhelming their much larger victim....Velocipoodles.
;D
Teach your local cops how to obey a few commands like “stop” and “behave.” These young putz-heads who are being scooped up by our police forces lack life experience, manners, morals and respect for life and others. No amount of training dogs is going to keep today’s cops from shooting animals when they have the chance. It’s who they are.
Teacup poodles they stomp.
What kind of sub-human shoots a miniature dachshund? A pathetic person with no self-esteem. Well, he showed them who’s boss.
What would a rubber dog do do?
Thanks,
I am so intrigued.
I will definitely check them out.

He is however, a Labradoodle. A black Labradoodle. If someone were to break in the house while none of us were home, I have zero doubt he'd show the burglars where all the good stuff is.
Generally speaking, a loveable dog. But sometimes, not too bright.
Understandable. But, what self respecting burgler wishes to know where the kibble is, and the cat's litter tray, and the bathroom trashcan?
Hopefully we can get a conservative politician to propose a bill.
If it’s a felony to shoot their dogs, make it a felony for them to shoot our dogs.
I hope Halla enjoyed her social time. How is Odhinn tolerating the ‘baby’?
"My Alpha has informed me you do not have a warrant. Moreover, my Alpha has not indicated that you are his guests. Furthermore, you do not have treats for me. Depart now (leave any undetected treats on the ground before you leave.)"
Sadly, there are still some folks who buy that argument too.
Much like ourselves, our dogs are expendable nobodies.
It’ll never happen.
He thinks she’s an obnoxious little ill-mannered lunatic.
[and he’s got a point]
LOL
A dog can be taught to behave when anyone comes to the door. It does not have to be the police.
If someone wants their dog to protect them, the best way is to train them when someone comes to the door. The worst plan is to have to lock the dog up when someone comes to the door. A locked up dog is no protection.
I agree with this article. I am not defending cops; I am protecting my dogs. It’s like defensive driving. You know there are lousy drivers on the road so you drive accordingly.
Cops seem to be really afraid of dogs these days and fire at will. I am not about to give them any opportunity of taking out my dogs.
None of the dog owners here disagree with the notion of responsible dog ownership.
However, even those who have responsibly cared for their dogs (had dogs on their own property, in their own homes, closed up in a bedroom/bathroom or other side room have lost their dogs to Sudden Puppycide Syndrome.
For the sheriff to blame the owners of the shot dogs for being the victims of a crime is again for him to blame the rape victim for the assault committed against him or her.
It is not the victim who needs to take care, it is the assailants, and all who would cover for or defend them. Notice that the Sheriff did not return to condemn the actions pointed out to him by commenters to his blog after his rebuttal in the comments was resoundingly contradicted.
