Kind of a silly article.
Peleolithic man, like most humans thru history, ate whatever they could get hold of.
Carbs would be an infrequent item on the menu and most certainly would be seasonal.
The basic Neanderthal diet included other Neanderthals...
... hunters were healthy and would gladly eat anything they could get their hands on, including carbohydrates contrary to the modern definition of the Paleolithic, or Stone Age diet.
Hungry people eat; no kidding. Send me lots of research money, and I'll provide lots of documentation.
