ELIZABETH TOWNSHIP, Pa. —
A 73-year-old bus driver was arrested after police said he’s accused of having sex with a 15-year-old boy.
Authorities said William Scherz, a bus driver for the Baldwin Whitehall School District, is in the Allegheny County Jail facing statutory sex assault charges, among others.
According to police, Scherz was off duty Tuesday when he drove to Elizabeth Township and had sex with the 10th grade boy.
“A grandfather saw the 73-year-old man in his house in a state of undress with his grandson,” Elizabeth Township Police Chief Robert McNeilly said.

That's not sex - that's perversion. It's an illness (as all homosexual acts are, regardless of the age of the participants). And in this case - it is rape.
But what does this sick monster have to lose? Three squares, A/C and a bed for the rest of his life? Might not be so bad as opposed to having to drive a school bus to make ends meet.
Of course- the other question - 73 year old men don't just suddenly turn into pedophiles. It would be REALLY interesting to know if there are many victims in his past that never came forward.
I used to hitchhike quite a bit when I was 15/16/17 , and was propositioned several times by older men . Told them to drop me off at the next corner or light and they did . This kid apparently wanted to have sex with this old dude . That doesn’t excuse the sicko old man , but the kid should share some of the blame .

Definitely DON’T incriminate yourself by saying - “Officer can I go back in and get my teeth”?

if this is true and there are chat logs to confirm it the driver may get off with a lawyer. Not the drivers fault if the boy lied about his age.
