A machete, some military-grade knives, 12 packets of heroin, and a pair of nunchakus were seized last night after police searched the home of a township man following a two-week investigation, police said. Christopher DelGaudio, 25, of Columbia Avenue, was arrested around 2:05 p.m. yesterday after police found a dozen packets of heroin in his home, police reports state. According to Police Captain Patrick Irwin, the search warrant was the result of a two-week investigation that started with anonymous tips of heroin distribution.

Along with the packets of heroin, police also found seven weapons within the home, including two bayonets, a machete, a homemade "shank" and three military-grade knives, the criminal report states.

Police also found a stolen "Police Parking Only" sign that cops say DelGaudio admitted to taking last year from police headquarters. Police additionally found propaganda from the Bloods street gang painted on the walls of DelGaudio's home, according to the criminal complaint.

DelGaudio is charged with possession of CDS, possession with intent to distribute, intent to distribute in a school zone, intent to distribute in a public park, gang criminality, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon by a felon, theft by unlawful taking, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe.

DelGaudio is being held in Hudson County jail on $75,000 with no 10% option.

DelGaudio was also arrested on distribution and weapons charges in October 2011. In that case, a two-month investigation led police to seize 65 bags of suspected heroin and more than a dozen rifles and revolvers, officials said.

The crack NJ police also discovered multiple other weapons in the home, including:

military-grade knife => new, and certainly evil, “assault knife”. Who needs one except the military and police? Since you don’t need it, let us ban it.

The exact reason that I left New York State and never would consider starting a business in that part of the US is the police-state mindset. If something is not legal, it must be illegal. I live in a state that is still liberty-oriented: if something is not illegal, it is legal.

Move to liberty while you can. Already residents of Kali are reporting that state’s tax-grubbers will chase after you for over a year after you leave. If you move out of state, Kali considers it “temporary relocation” until you can prove otherwise. The sooner you leave states like this, the sooner you will be free of their control.

Everybody knows what this means.

Numerous sources sell “tactical knives,” which are designed to look cool, and possibly to be more effective at stabbing people to death.

You can’t use the “military-type” potential of the weapons you sell as their chief selling point and then turn around and say classifying them as “military-grade” is illogical.

The guys arrested were apparently felons and barred from having weapons, which might include knives as well as guns.

Have no clue about how whether such a guy can possess a paring or chef’s knife.

BTW, they’ve had strict “knife control” in UK for a long time.
