How should I sell an old pick-up?

I have a pair of old 50's era Dodge pick-ups that have been sitting in the woods since the 1960's. Is it worth my while to try to sell them to someone who restores old vehicles, or just sell them to the junk yard?

If the whole body is there, and you take them to the junk yard, you'll have to remove the tires and the gas tank to scrap them.
( I would NOT do this)
But if you do that, you should get about 12 cents a pound, making an old vehicle worthy about $400.00 to $500.00.
Before you make a decision, check out
LE-Bay 1950 Dodge Truck Parts and see what parts they have for your trucks.
Also check out
ROCKAUTO.COM 1950 DODGE TRUCK Parts.
You might decide to rebuild them yourself.
They'd make a great
Prepper EMC vehicle.
